LN22 indoor high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power system, and can be used for breaking load current, overload current, and fault current in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations.
The circuit breaker and operating mechanism adopt an upper and lower layout structure, effectively reducing the depth of the circuit breaker.
The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and the connected charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulation cylinders, forming a composite insulation structure. The circuit breaker meets the air distance and creep distance requirements under normal operating conditions and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main electrical circuit vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the dynamic static conductive connection are installed inside the insulation cylinder, so that the phase spacing is only 300mm. The electrical connections of the main circuit are all fixed connections, which have high reliability. The insulation cylinder is installed above the circuit breaker frame.
The spring operating mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker is installed within the circuit breaker frame, and its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower layout of the circuit breaker, becoming an integral part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. The structure design is simple, and the output curve and performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breakers.
