Product Overview
The complete disconnecting switch consists of GW4-252(D)(W) type disconnecting switch body, CS14G or CS17G type manual operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc. It can also be equipped with CJ6 type and other electric mechanisms.
The disconnecting switch is double-post horizontal opening type. Each single pole part is composed of base, post insulator, an outlet seat and a contact. The two post insulators are installed parallel to each other on the bearings at both ends of the base and are perpendicular to the base.
The main conductive parts are respectively installed above the two insulators and rotate about 90° with the post insulators. The bearing seat of the disconnecting switch is designed as a fully sealed structure, which can prevent the jam caused by dust, moisture, and harmful gas entering the bearing seat; the bearing seat is equipped with thrust ball bearings and radial ball bearings to separate the gravity and level of the disconnecting switch.
The force is borne by these two special bearings, so that the operating torque of the disconnecting switch will not increase after long-term operation. Each pole and two shaft assembly rooms are connected and driven by connecting plates, adjusting screws, etc. It adopts stainless steel shaft pin and self-lubricating shaft sleeve, and the lubricant is high-efficiency lithium molybdenum disulfide greas. The copper braid in the outlet seat is fastened to the conductive rod and the wiring board respectively, and the wiring board is used for users to connect the circuit.
The contact fingers of the middle contact part are assembled in pairs, and the contact fingers clamp the contact finger seat and the contact head by the spring to achieve the wear between the contact head and the contact finger and increase the service life. When the disconnecting switch is equipped with a grounding switch, the interlocking of the main conductive circuit and the grounding switch is guaranteed by the sector plate and arc plate on the base. When the main conductive circuit is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed. When the grounding switch is closed, The main conductive circuit cannot be closed
